All items are custom made per order; therefore, we do not accept returns.

At Astourian Jewelry Mfg., Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products.
All items are examined prior to shipment in order to ensure top quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please notify us immediately.

We accept full responsibility for merchandise with factory defects and will replace the product and cover shipping costs. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.

Shipping:

All items are custom made to your specifications and delivery time will vary depending on the order. Most orders need ten working days to be completed; however, if you have any urgent orders please contact us and we will let you know if your request is possible. Astourian Jewelry Mfg., Inc. will inform you in the unlikely case of an order delay. Orders are shipped via FedEx with 2nd day delivery. Overnight and Saturday delivery is available upon request. Shipping charges vary according to weight, location and delivery method. Appropriate charges will be applied to all shipments.

Terms:

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice on all JBT first-rated accounts. Other accounts may pay C.O.D., credit card or pre pay. A late charge of 1.5% per month will be billed on past due accounts.

Weight and Pricing:

Weights of finished merchandise may vary 10 to 15% more or less from the description. Pictures are not to scale and millimeter sizes are approximate. Colors may vary depending on computer settings and other factors.

The cost of the merchandise is computed as follows: Gold price + $10.00 / 31.1 x .585 = 14k gold base. Labor charges are then added.
For example: Gold price at $1000 per ounce + $10.00 / 31.1 x .585 = $18.90 14K gold base + labor charges.
10K: Gold price +$10.00 / 31.1 x .417 + labor charges
18K: Gold price +$10.00 / 31.1 x .750 + labor charges
Silver: Silver price + $2.00 / 31.1 + labor charges
Platinum: Platinum price + $30 / 31.1 + labor charges
